Terms & Conditions – Trainwell Boxing Ltd
1. Terms of Contract
Trainwell Boxing Ltd (the “Company”) sells goods online. “Customer” refers to any individual, firm, or entity placing an order. By placing an order or accepting goods, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
2. Orders & Availability
Orders must be placed via Stripe through our website.
Goods are subject to availability. Out-of-stock and special orders may take 7–10 days to be fulfilled.
Cancellations require the return of resalable goods for a refund, including VAT (if applicable) and carriage costs. Refunds must be processed within 15 days.
The Company may update product designs based on customer feedback.
3. Prices
Prices may change without notice. Orders are invoiced at the price on the order date.
VAT applies if Trainwell Boxing Ltd exceeds the £90,000 annual trading threshold, in compliance with UK tax laws. International sales adhere to applicable tax regulations.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery dates are approximate and non-binding.
Standard shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Special delivery requests may incur additional charges.
The Customer is responsible for accepting delivery; failure to do so releases the Company from liability.
Customers outside the UK must handle customs clearance and related fees.
5. Payment Terms
All transactions are processed via Stripe.
6. Shortages, Damage & Returns
Shortages and transit damages must be reported within 3 working days. Claims beyond this period cannot be processed.
Goods must be signed for as damaged or tampered with upon receipt. Non-delivery claims must be made within 10 days of invoice receipt.
Returns are not accepted for soiled or damaged goods that cannot be resold.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, full refunds (including initial delivery) are available if the return is initiated within 7 days of receipt.
The Company is not liable for carrier issues or incorrect postal returns.
Returned goods must be properly packaged, and proof of postage retained. The Company is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, logos, and branding are the property of Trainwell Boxing Ltd and cannot be used without written permission.
